Late for 10-15 minutes:
For Single-colour:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, cuticle trimming and dead skin removal services will be reduced.
For Design:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the service will be changed to a single-colour, or cat-eye, or
simple designs.

Late for 15-30 minutes:
For Single-colour:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be subject to cancellation depending on
the circumstances.
For Design:
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the appointment may be subject to cancellation depending on the circumstances.

Customers cannot request specific nail technicians. All of our technicians are professionally trained and undergo regular training to ensure consistent quality.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept clients with nail infections (e.g., fungal nails or similar conditions). We appreciate your understanding.
